These terms govern your use of the Daytiq app and this website, operated by Daytiq Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using Daytiq, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Daytiq is a companion app for theme park visits. It shows live ride wait times, builds a personalised itinerary based on your family’s profile, and predicts quieter times to visit. Daytiq is currently free to download and use, with no subscription required.

Daytiq is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Paultons Park or any other theme park. Ride names, park layouts, and opening hours belong to their respective operators and may change without notice.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your own right to create a Daytiq account. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of any information entered, including profiles created for children in their care, and for keeping their login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to:

• Use Daytiq for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the app or its users
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or extract our wait-time or ride data at scale
• Interfere with the app’s operation, servers, or networks
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

Wait times, itineraries, and quietest-day predictions in Daytiq are best-effort estimates based on live and historical data. Actual conditions at the park — ride closures, weather, staffing, and crowd levels — can change quickly and may not match what the app shows. Daytiq is a planning aid, not a guarantee, and we’re not liable for rides missed, plans disrupted, or time lost as a result of relying on it.

The ride restriction filters in Daytiq (height, health flags, thrill level, and similar) are provided to help you plan, not as a substitute for the official height requirements, health warnings, and safety instructions posted at each ride. Always follow park signage and ride operator instructions, and use your own judgement about what’s appropriate for your family — particularly for anyone with a medical condition, mobility need, or pregnancy.

The Daytiq app, website, branding, and underlying software are owned by Daytiq Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You’re granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose — nothing in these terms gives you any ownership rights over Daytiq itself.

We’re actively developing Daytiq and may add, change, or remove features, and add new theme parks, over time. Should we ever introduce paid features, we’ll tell you clearly before you’re charged for anything — the core planning features described on this site are free.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to Daytiq or other users.

Daytiq is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daytiq Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including inaccurate wait times, missed rides, or park visits that don’t go to plan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms as Daytiq evolves. We’ll notify you in the app of any material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Daytiq after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
